BEFORE ORDERING YOUR BOOK BE SURE TO 

1. ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE is a NZ owned business for trading/registration purposes
2.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Printed material Details of your return/ refund policies, cancellation policies, and other purchase terms and conditions are available, a  New books must be in new and clean condition. Wrapped or boxed course materials must not be unwrapped or opened. Defective books will be exchanged only

Misbound books and faulty items will be exchanged and replaced with a like copy or product.
If a replacement item is not available a full refund may be given at ubiq’s sole discretion.

New textbooks and general books must be in perfect condition. Returns are accepted based on standards set by the publishers. Publishers will not accept any book with even just the slightest defect or damage.  If a text or general book is purchased new there is no exchange if the book is fully or partially read, used, marked, bent, torn or if the spine is cracked.  Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their books at the time of purchase.  ubiq is not responsible for the condition of the book once it has left the store.

1.  Your account will be charged in NZD
2. The name that will appear on your statement will be  ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE
3. There will be a once only payment for your item. You will not be charged subscription fees or recurring fees. 
3. Your legal business name (if this differs to your business trading name) you must state on your website what your legal name is  
ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE EDUCATIONAL CHARITBLE TRUST (that you have registered your company under.) This would normally be at the bottom of the website pages with any disclaimers etc
4. The physical address including the country, of your approved place of business. A Merchant that primarily operates from a personal residence must include the city, state/province, and country of its Permanent Establishment, but is not required to provide the residence address. this would normally be on the Contact us page. PO Box does not cover this - please note that this needs to match the physical address on the Merchant Application.
5. Contact details - telephone numbers and email address This would normally be on a contact us page.
6. Description of goods and is priced in NZD or Currency Select We need to view a product page showing a picture and description of the product and the price. We also need to find what currency they will be charged in. This would normally just say Your account will be charged in NZD etc

Please note: Whether there is a physical item being sold or hired or a tour given or donation to charity etc this is the 'product' to which we are referring. We need to see that as much information on that product/service/donation is being provided to the card holder so that hopefully no misunderstanding about what they are paying for will occur.
7. Is business NZ owned

11. If applicable, subscription billing cycles this would also be part of the pricing structure if there is a billing cycle. If not please advise and we can put a N/A next to this requirement
12. Payment Choice - provide the customer with a clear choice of payment brands Visa & MasterCard mark full colour to indicate Visa and MasterCard acceptance.

13. CVV2 - on the payment page of your website must ask the customer's CVV2 to verify the Card.  Please confirm on your payment page cardholder enters CVV2 data.
14. Information Security - outline your site security capabilities how card payment information is protected. This would normally be on your privacy policy
